    A University of Florida graduate, Nick spent over a decade as a television producer at the Home Shopping Network, where he developed a deep understanding of consumer behavior, storytelling, and sales strategy.

    In 2012, Nick transitioned into real estate after recognizing the need for a more ethical, client-focused approach. Within just four years, he built one of the largest teams at Keller Williams New Tampa while also identifying the inefficiencies of traditional brokerage models.

    Together with Gregory Smith II, Nick co-founded New Acre Realty to create a brokerage that prioritizes mentorship, efficiency, and outcomes over commission splits. Today, Nick leads the firm with a focus on integrity, innovation, and long-term success for both clients and agents.
